Paul and I had dinner with all of our kids for the first time in over a year this last weekend. The conversation turned to our upcoming trip to Mexico for Christmas. The kids wanted to know why Papa was not coming with all of us. I guess I had thought about it several times, but at 82 I know it is hard for him to travel. Since my mother passed away I know he feels some what lost in airports, let alone out of country airports. But I knew they were right, and that the holiday would not be the same without him with us. So I am happy to report that he said he would come and he will fly from Fresno to Salt Lake City and Jake will meet him there and then fly on to Mexico. He is such a large part of our children's lives and they love him so much. Everyone will be happier with him there. We love you Papa Marvin!!
