Don't Try This At Home

Well as you can see we stocked up while we were at Costco in PV. Paul has opened that cabinet everyday, several times a day just to look at his "stash". I swear we do not go through that much when we are down here alone! But the days do get pretty filled up with having a cocktail here and a cocktail there. Sometimes I feel like my mom and Marv. Every night they would have a "tootie" before dinner. Here that happens at sunset. But for those of you who know me well, you know that I am having a latte at sunset. Our time here is moving away from us again and in a few short days we will once again leave our home here. This was a good trip. Paul got some engineering work done and I have read the one book I had been wanting to read (Edgar Sawtelle). Please do not ask me what I thought since I am still wondering what the hell it was about. I thought I was going to read this great man/dog story where everyone was happy in the end and learn some great lesson about life. A good read for Mexico right? Yea that did not happen. I will not spoil it for those of you reading it, but it may be sometime before I trust Oprah and my reading material again. I will stick to "O" and accept the fact she is on every cover! (Me..this month it will be me!). But over all we feel rested and renewed. That is what this place does for us and we really need to go back to the Springs feeling renewed. So my friends, that is the wrap up.

A tootie, or a tottie? Either way, sounds good. Although the latte is more my style too.
